About Us
Joe Temple
I was born and raised on the Isle of Wight. I spent a lot of my early years playing team sports, cricket, football and basketball. I also enjoyed surfing. Later in life I travelled to South East Asia and spent a year in Australia where I became a qualified diver. I have had 3 seasons experience in the Alps where I qualified as a Snowboard Instructor and did some instructing on the slopes during my third season.
More recently I have lived for a year in the Sierra Nevada mountains in the South of Spain, running and cycling and also qualified as a Personal Trainer. My spiritual home is probably in the mountains. I believe one of life’s greatest pleasures is helping other people achieve their personal fitness and well being goals through providing guidance, support and motivation.
Success depends on both trainer and client together being fully committed. So, when you are ready I look forward to meeting you.

Health and fitness have always played a huge role in my life. Thanks to my parents’ example and their commitment to supporting me, my childhood was spent playing sports, surfing, and being active every day. Those experiences ingrained in me the importance of exercise, movement, and looking after your health.
The lessons I learned growing up have opened many doors throughout my life. From playing international sport for over 20 years and earning 136 caps, to working as a fitness model and featuring in Men’s Fitness magazine, health and fitness have shaped who I am. But the greatest opportunity they have given me is a career dedicated to helping others become fitter, faster, stronger, and pursue the healthiest version of themselves.
Becoming a dad has elevated my commitment to health and fitness to new heights. My children depend on me being happy, healthy, and present, and I take that responsibility seriously. I want to lead by example and show them the value of looking after both body and mind.
After tens of thousands of hours coaching people one-to-one, in groups, in person, and online, it has never once felt like a job. Instead, it has always felt like a privilege.
Watching someone make progress with their health and fitness is one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t imagine wanting to do anything else.
Coaching can be one of the greatest investments you ever make. I see my role as your coach as a privilege — one that I never take for granted. My commitment is to provide the guidance, support, accountability, and expertise you need to achieve your goals and become the healthiest, strongest version of yourself.
