I’ve worked out with Joe for over a year now and feel so much better for it. I feel fitter but also stronger, and it’s helped me mentally too. I might not always feel like doing a workout, but I do always feel great afterwards!

The friendly banter helps too! I’m never bored as Joe takes care to mix up what we’re doing, and it is very satisfying doing things like barbell exercises, which I could never imagine myself doing before working out with Joe!

Highly recommend.
