Professional and Super-Friendly

I started working with Joe in mid march 24 in the lead up to my wedding in June. Over the 12 weeks of working with Joe twice a week, in total I lost 3 kg but gained so much muscle and a more toned physique which was the aim not necessarily to lose weight. Joe was really amazing to work with super friendly and professional, making me feel very comfortable with training one to one, helping my confidence grow with strength training.

Joe kept the sessions very varied and fun mixing in traditional strength training, boxing and some HITT and cardio which worked great for me as I get bored easily. Working with Joe enabled me to push myself a lot future than just training alone in the gym which meant better and faster results, he continually gave me encouragement during the sessions, regularly upping the weights and checking in with me and keeping me accountable for staying active and clean eating outside of our sessions. I felt a lot stronger, more confident and energized. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone with a training goal or who wanted to have a friendly and skilled professional to guide them through training,

Feeling so much better for it

I’ve worked out with Joe for over a year now and feel so much better for it. I feel fitter but also stronger, and it’s helped me mentally too. I might not always feel like doing a workout, but I do always feel great afterwards!

The friendly banter helps too! I’m never bored as Joe takes care to mix up what we’re doing, and it is very satisfying doing things like barbell exercises, which I could never imagine myself doing before working out with Joe!
